It has been designed to train fitters* in both the theoretical and practical aspects on how to safely and competently remove and install electric motors.
The workshop will be delivered through tutorials, practical hands-on experience with motors and interactive discussion (client to set up the two motor test rigs as they need to operate at 380V 3 phase).
To enable participants to safely and effectively remove and replace 3-Phase electric motors, single speed, direct-on-line, including disconnection, connection and checking for correct rotation.
Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset
Care, Lean 6 Sigma, Visuality and Health and Safety, Brendan has a proven track
record of achievement in Engineering and Management within a FMCG multinational.
Participants will be assessed on both Theory and Practice in order to be allowed to implement the learning on-site, in production conditions.
A Certificate of Achievement is awarded and course carries 14 CPD Hours.
